I'm Jocelyn. Here's how I got here.
I'm Jocelyn — a Tri-Cities native, wife, and mom of three. I've lived in all three cities at some point in my life, which means when I say I'm invested in this community, I mean it literally.
I started The Fabled Designs because I believe something is missing in this industry — genuine care. Not the kind that gets performed in a sales call and disappears after the invoice. The kind that shows up in the details, in the follow-through, in the finished product. Back when people took real pride in their work. That's what I bring to every project.
My background is in technical project management — I spent years managing complex SaaS systems and software integrations at a small business, and I got that role because I'd been quietly obsessed with how the web works long before it was my job. That combination of technical understanding and project discipline is what makes me different. I don't just build things that look good. I build things that work.
How I Work
I take on a limited number of projects at a time.
Not as a gimmick — because you deserve my full attention. When you're my client, you're not a ticket in a queue.
I genuinely care about your outcome.
I won't throw together a half-finished project just to move on. I meet the moment for every client I work with, every time.
Your website is a business tool, not a decoration.
It should work as hard as you do. I build with that in mind from the first conversation to the final handoff.
I believe in small businesses.
The Tri-Cities is full of people working hard to build something real. You deserve an online presence that matches that effort — and I'm here to build it.
